We are registered in the UK under company number 2705301 and our registered office and trading office is at JobServe Community Stadium, United Way, Colchester, Essex, UK CO4 5UP.

Definitions

"Payment Schedule" means a sequence of payments, typically monthly, as defined in an Agreement with Colchester United FC;

"Payee" means an individual or organisation that has entered an Agreement with Colchester United FC to make payments outlined in a payment schedule;

General

1. This site provides a way to manage a payment schedule that has been set up between the Payee and Colchester United FC.
2. The Payee will need to sign in to access payment schedules. We will send a unique, time limited access code by email which can be used to sign in. The access code is only permitted to be used by the configured email set up on the payment schedule.
3. The reasons and amounts defined in this payment schedule will have been set out and agreed in a separate Agreement and communications between the Payee and Colchester United FC.
4. By making payments or setting up a Direct Debit the Payee is making clear their acceptance of the Payment Agreement between the Payee and Colchester United FC.

Payments

5. Where a payment schedule has been set up, the Payee may have the option to pay direct on the website using a Debit or Credit card.
6. The Payee can set up a Direct Debit using a UK Bank Account to make payments as per the terms of their Agreement with Colchester United FC and as defined in their payment schedule. While a Direct Debit is set up, no payments can be made on the website using a Debit or Credit card.
7. By setting up a Direct Debit the Payee is declaring they have full authority to authorise payments.
8. Payments must be made in line with the payment schedule and late payments will be passed to our Credit Control team for collection. If the Payee does not have a Direct Debit set up it is their sole responsibility to pay the required payments on time as per the schedule.
9. If a Direct Debit is not honoured by the bank, it is the Payee's responsibility to make payment as per the schedule using an alternative method.
10. Where an Agreement allows for variable payment amounts. The amount due may be changed up to 5 days prior to a payment date, in line with the Agreement between the Payee and Colchester United FC.
